If I will be traveling a distance over 15 miles to see you a deposit will be required.
If you have no provider references a deposit is required.

Cancellations

Any cancellation will require a 50% fee of the total scheduled time -- due to increased cancellations.
It's not fair for me to make the necessary arrangements to meet with you (babysitter, hotel, travel) and then you cancel, I get nothing and lose money.
Any cancellation that pays a deposit is subject to forfeit deposit and the remainder of the 50% will be required to be paid BEFORE you ever see me again. I'm sorry I have to introduce such a strict policy but it's for my own protection.
